Artisans, crafters, and food vendors are invited to apply for booth space at Hebron's annual Fall Fest celebration in October 2026.

The Hebron Chamber of Commerce is now accepting vendor applications for Fall Fest 2026, scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026 in downtown Hebron.

This beloved community tradition draws visitors from across McHenry County and beyond, offering an excellent opportunity for artisans, crafters, food vendors, and local businesses to showcase their products to a large, enthusiastic audience.

Event Overview

  • Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Downtown Hebron, Main Street (Route 47)
  • Expected Attendance: 2,000+ visitors
  • Rain or Shine Event: Yes

Vendor Categories We're Seeking

We're looking for high-quality vendors in the following categories:

Artisan & Craft Vendors

  • Handcrafted jewelry and accessories
  • Pottery, ceramics, and glasswork
  • Fine art and photography
  • Woodworking and furniture
  • Textiles, sewing, and fiber arts
  • Candles, soaps, and personal care products

Food & Beverage Vendors

  • Food trucks and mobile caterers
  • Specialty food items (baked goods, sauces, etc.)
  • Non-alcoholic beverages
  • Note: Non-profit organizations may operate food stands as fundraisers

Local Businesses & Organizations

  • Home-based businesses
  • Local retail shops
  • Community organizations and non-profits
  • Political candidates and issue advocacy groups

Booth Information

Corner booth premium: +$25 (subject to availability)

Vendors must provide their own:

  • Tent/canopy (weighted and secured)
  • Tables and chairs
  • Display materials
  • Extension cords (if electricity is needed – $15 additional fee)

Application Process

  1. Complete the online application at herbronchamber.org/fall-fest-vendor
  2. Submit photos of your products and display (required for new vendors)
  3. Payment is due upon application acceptance
  4. Application deadline: September 1, 2026

Vendor Selection Criteria

Applications are reviewed based on:

  • Product quality and uniqueness
  • Professionalism of display
  • Relevance to event theme and audience
  • Balance of vendor types (avoiding duplication)
  • First-time vendors are encouraged to apply

Important Notes

  • Space is limited – approximately 80 vendor slots available
  • Refund Policy: Full refund if cancellation received by September 15, 2026
  • Setup: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM day of event
  • Takedown: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Vehicles must be removed from vendor area by 9:30 AM
